The full name of the person in custody, and the facility they were taken to if you know it. That is enough to start. We look up the bond amount and the charge ourselves and call you back with what we find.

Once the bond is posted, the release time is up to the jail, not up to us. Booking, paperwork and shift changes all affect it. We tell you what we are seeing at that facility that night rather than promising an hour we do not control.

The fee is a percentage of the bond amount the court sets, and it is regulated in Alabama. We tell you the exact figure out loud before you sign anything, along with what is due up front and what can go on a payment plan.

Yes. We take cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, checks, Apple Pay and Cash App, and we set up arrangements when the full fee is not possible that night. Terms are explained before anyone signs.

If you sign as the indemnitor, yes, you take on responsibility for the defendant appearing and for the bond if they do not. This is the part of the paperwork we slow down and read with you, because it is the part people regret not understanding.

Yes, 24 hours. Holiday hours apply at the office, but the phone is answered. Most of the calls we take come in between midnight and sunrise.

The conversation stays between you and us. We do not post about clients, and we do not discuss a case with anyone who is not on the paperwork.

We work across Mobile County, including Prichard, Saraland, Chickasaw, Theodore, Semmes, Tillmans Corner and Citronelle. Call and tell us the facility and we will say plainly whether we can write it.
