Small county bonds up to the large ones. We will tell you plainly what a bond will cost before you commit to anything, and if we cannot write it we will say so instead of stalling you.

Arrests do not keep office hours. The phone is answered at two in the morning, on Sunday, and on Thanksgiving. Holiday hours apply, but the line is still covered.
Payment plans
Most families do not have the full fee sitting in an account. We work out a payment arrangement in advance, in writing, and we take cash, all major cards, debit, checks, Apple Pay and Cash App.

We confirm the bond
We check the charge and the bond amount with the facility, then explain the fee, the paperwork, and what a co-signer is agreeing to. Questions are expected. Ask them.

Paperwork and payment
Sign at our office on South Conception Street or handle it remotely if that is easier. We set the payment arrangement here, before anything is filed.

We post the bond
We take the bond to the facility and stay on it until the release is processed. Release times depend on the jail, not on us, and we will tell you honestly what to expect.
