What to bring

If you are coming to 653 S Conception St, Mobile, AL 36603, bring these. If getting downtown is not realistic tonight, we handle the same paperwork by phone.

A photo ID
A current driver's licence or state ID for whoever is signing. The name on the paperwork has to match it.
The defendant's details
Full legal name, date of birth if you have it, and the facility they were taken to. We find the bond amount and charge ourselves.
Something that shows where you live and work
A utility bill, a lease, a pay stub or an employer's name and number. This is about being reachable, not about credit.
Your form of payment
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, checks, Apple Pay or Cash App. If the full fee is not possible tonight, say so on the phone and we will talk through an arrangement.

The four documents, and what each one means

  1. 01

    The bail bond application

Who the defendant is, where they live, who they work for, and who is vouching for them. It is the part that lets us assess the bond at all.

  2. 02

    The indemnity agreement

The signer's promise to cover the full bond amount if the defendant stops appearing in court. This is the document we slow down and read out loud with you, line by line.

  3. 03

    The premium and payment agreement

The fee, what is due now, and the terms of any arrangement. Nothing on it is a surprise figure; we tell you the number before you sign.

  4. 04

    The bond itself

Filed with the court or the facility. This is the document that releases the defendant, and once it is posted, timing is up to the jail.

We do not post blank forms for download. The paperwork is filled in with you, in person or over the phone, so that nobody signs an indemnity agreement they have not had explained.
